The platform is built for multi-site retail in South Africa: standardised dial plans, per-store IVR identity, central head-office controls, and free inter-branch calling across the network.

Will the phone system cope with Black Friday and December peak trade?

Yes. The platform is cloud-based with elastic capacity, so call volumes spike with you — not against you. Queue management, IVR routing and call recording all stay live during peak. Many of our retail clients explicitly chose Euphoria because their previous on-prem PBX couldn't cope with seasonal trade.

Does it integrate with our CRM and helpdesk?
