Our reseller channel is small on purpose. Every partner shares our standards on service, expertise and commitment to the customer.

  • Established in IT or telecoms

    An existing customer base and a track record of delivering excellent service.

  • Technically capable

    Comfortable with IP phones, routers, switches and basic networking (DHCP, static routes, VPNs).

  • Understands business internet

    Can advise customers on the right business internet for voice calls — it makes or breaks call quality.

  • Customer-first operator

    You own the customer relationship — installation, onsite support and training.

  • Committed to the partnership

    We invest time, training and support in every reseller. We expect the same commitment back — this isn't a side hustle.

On Euphoria products and services — paid monthly, for the life of the customer.

  • Outbound calls R0 – R5k0%
  • R5k – R15k10%
  • R15k+15%

*Capped at 50% of gross profit earned by Euphoria.

Training & certification

Up to 15 hours of one-on-one onboarding across technical, sales, porting and admin — ending in certification and your Authorised Reseller Badge.

Channel support

Dedicated escalation path, a solution database, help guidelines and mirrored SLAs you can pass on to your customers.

No big upfront investment needed. Your main commitment is time — learning the PBX and how business internet affects call quality. Cash flow is for demo equipment and router stock.

Who supports the end customer? +
You do — you own the customer relationship. Euphoria's support team is on standby for escalations on issues beyond your control.
What technical knowledge do I need? +
  • Cloud PABX setup, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Advising customers on the right business internet for voice calls
  • IP phone, router and switch setup
  • Basic networking (DHCP, static routes, VPNs, ViBE)

We provide training, documentation and best practices across all of it.

What SLAs does Euphoria offer? +
Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) is set out in the Reseller Agreement signed upfront. You can mirror it directly to your own customers.
Is there a big upfront investment? +
There's a once-off R3,000 sign-up fee, which most partners earn back over time through their recurring commission. Beyond that, the real investment is time — the more you put into the partnership, the more you'll get out of it.
