Which CRM systems does Euphoria integrate with?

Euphoria integrates out of the box with Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk and Microsoft Teams. We also offer an open REST API for custom integrations with proprietary CRMs, ERPs and industry-specific platforms (GoodX, Healthbridge, MedEDI, SAP, Sage, Procore and others).

Do I need a developer to set up an integration?

No. The standard integrations with Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams and Excalibur are configurable from the admin console — no developer required. For custom integrations via the API, you'll need someone technical (yours or one of our partners), but the platform side is straightforward.

What does the integration actually do?

Two main things: (1) inbound calls trigger a screen-pop showing the customer record, ticket or account in your CRM, so agents see full context before they answer; (2) call activity (duration, outcome, recording link) writes back to the CRM automatically, so reps don't have to update the system manually after every call.

Is there a charge for integrations?

Standard integrations (Zendesk, Zoho, Freshdesk, Microsoft Teams) are included in your Euphoria platform package. The Excalibur integration is included for debt-collection clients. Custom API integrations may have one-time setup costs depending on complexity — chat to our team for a specific quote.

Can I integrate Euphoria with my own custom system?

Yes. Euphoria provides a documented REST API that supports inbound screen-pops, click-to-dial, call activity write-back and outbound dialler control. We have customers integrating with proprietary practice-management, dealer-management, ERP and policy-administration systems via the API.

Will my call recordings still work through an integration?

Yes. All of our integrations preserve full call recording, retention, role-based access controls and POPIA-compliant audit logs. The integration adds a link to the recording on the corresponding CRM record — it does not change how recordings are stored or secured.
