Common questions

Hardware questions, answered.

Do I need to be a Euphoria Telecom customer to buy this hardware?
Yes. The hardware on this catalogue is approved, configured and supported as part of an active Euphoria cloud phone service. We are not a standalone hardware retailer — we supply and support these devices specifically for our customers using the Euphoria business phone system.
Is the hardware cost included in my monthly Euphoria fee?
No. Hardware is sold separately from the monthly per-extension subscription. When you request a quote, our team will break down the once-off hardware cost, the once-off PBX setup, and the recurring monthly per-extension fee so you have a clear picture of total ownership cost.
Can I bring my own SIP phone to Euphoria?
In most cases yes — most SIP-compliant devices can be provisioned on the Euphoria platform. However, only the approved Yealink devices on this page are pre-configured for plug-and-play and come with full configuration and replacement support from our team.
What warranty applies to Yealink hardware purchased through Euphoria?
All Yealink phones, headsets, conference units and DECT systems come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty as a minimum, with most desk phones covered for 24 months. Euphoria handles RMA and replacements directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Can I rent or lease the hardware instead of buying it outright?
Yes. Hardware-rental and lease-to-own options are available for businesses that prefer to avoid the once-off capital outlay. Mention it in your quote conversation and the team will scope the right structure for your business.
Will my existing desk phones work if I switch to Euphoria?
If they're SIP-compliant, in most cases yes — we can provision them on the Euphoria platform. Older or non-SIP phones may need replacing. The team scopes existing hardware as part of the migration plan and will only recommend new devices where they're necessary.
Do the routers (ViBE / Cudy) require a separate Euphoria contract?
The ViBE routers (built on Mikrotik hardware) and the Cudy LT500 LTE router are sold as part of the Euphoria service to ensure your voice traffic gets the right QoS and failover behaviour. They are configured by our network team before deployment.
