Ball Call terms and conditions

Euphoria Telecom Ball Call Promotion Terms and Conditions: 

1. 1. Offer Overview
      The Ball Call promotion is a no-strings-attached offer from Euphoria Telecom. When you complete a full Euphoria system demo — either online or in person
      — you’ll receive:
      1. A game to the value of R400 for one padel match at a participating Africa Padel Club. (Claremont, V&A Waterfront, Dunkeld, Sandton)
      2. One free sleeve of padel balls.
   2. Not a Competition
      This offer is no longer part of a competition. The previous competition element (which included a club takeover prize worth R30,000) has closed and is no longer available. There are no prizes, draws, or winners associated with the current promotion.
   3. How to claim your game and sleeve of balls
      
      1. Your 1 hour game will be booked at a participating Africa Padel club by Euphoria Telecom on your behalf. This will happen only after the system demo has been successfully completed — not before.
      2. Your sleeve of balls will be given to you during your system demo by one of our sales agent. If you r demo takes place online your sleeve of balls will be couriered to you upon completion
      3. Vouchers are redeemable through the Playtomic app, at participating Africa Padel clubs only.
      4. No demo, no voucher. Simple as that.
   4. Partner Venue Restriction
      The offer is valid exclusively at participating Africa Padel Clubs. It is not valid at other padel clubs or venues across South Africa.
   5. Eligibility
      
      1. Offer open to South African residents aged 18 or older.
      2. One offer per person/company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
      3. Euphoria Telecom reserves the right to verify demo completion and eligibility before issuing vouchers.
   6. Open-Ended Offer
      This is an ongoing promotional offer. While no end date is currently set, Euphoria Telecom reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
   7. General
      1.  Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      2. By participating in the promotion, you agree to these terms.
      3. Euphoria Telecom’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion is final.
