1. Eligibility
- This promotion is open to any person aged 18 years or older who has the authority to arrange a 30-minute Telephone Management System (TMS) demonstration with the relevant decision-makers within their organisation. Employees of Euphoria Telecom, current clients, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
- The promotion begins on 1 September 2024 and ends on 13 December 2024, at participating Africa Padel Clubs only. Entries submitted after the promotion period will not be eligible.
3. How to Participate
- Participants must register for a no-obligation system demo with Euphoria Telecom by logging their details on https://euphoria.co.za/
ball-call/ - A Euphoria Telecom sales representative will contact participants within 48 hours to arrange the demonstration. The demonstration must be completed in person or online for participants to qualify for the promotion.
4. Promotion Details
- Participants who complete the demo will receive a sleeve of padel balls and a FREE game voucher worth R400 inc VAT, uploaded to their Plattomic wallet to play at a pre-determined Africa Padel club, regardless of whether they choose to sign up with Euphoria Telecom.
- Participants will also be entered into a GRAND PRIZE DRAW for a chance to win a R30,000 Year End teambuilding Africa Padel Americano Club Takeover.
- The GRAND PRIZE includes courts, padel, ball rental, event facilitator, refreshments, and event management.
- Some African Padel clubs do charge more than R400.
- You must have an active Playtomic wallet for Africa Padel to assign the FREE game voucher.
- Vouchers will be allocated to your Playtomic account at the end of each week.
5. Redemption
- Upon completing the demonstration, participants will receive their ball voucher via a follow-up email from Euphoria Telecom.
- The FREE game is added to the Playtomic wallet within five working days of your demonstration.
- The Africa Padel Americano Club Takeover winner will be notified by email and/or phone before 15 December 2024.

- The promotion will only be run at the following clubs in South Africa

- Pretoria Area – Brooklyn, Olympus
- Gauteng – German Country Club, Glenvista Club, Old Parks Sports Club, Royal JHB, Discovery Padel Park Sandton, Dunkeld, Ruimsig
6. Modification of Promotion
- Euphoria Telecom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, including if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Euphoria Telecom’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
7. General Conditions
- Euphoria Telecom reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Euphoria Telecom’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Euphoria Telecom and its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or human errors that may occur in processing entries or participating in the promotion.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoria Telecom shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) resulting from participation in the promotion.
9. Privacy
- Participants agree that Euphoria Telecom will collect, process, and use their personal data to conduct and promote the promotion in accordance with Euphoria Telecom’s privacy policy.
- Participants can access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting Euphoria Telecom.
10. Governing Law
- The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Void Where Prohibited
- The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

14. Promotion Abuse
- Only one prize, of padel balls and a game voucher, can be redeemed per company. Euphoria Telecom reserves the right to disqualify any participant or organisation suspected of abusing the promotion, including attempts to circumvent these terms and conditions, or any other fraudulent activity. Any such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any promotional items or prizes.
