Euphoria Telecom
The Euphoria Team
In today’s world where customer trust can be hard to earn and even harder to keep, independent businesses that operate with integrity deserve to be recognised. That’s why Euphoria Telecom has launched the No Bull Prize – a quarterly award designed to shine a light on companies that do things the right way.
This exciting new campaign was officially unveiled at Euphoria’s 15th birthday celebration on 4 September at the stunning VictoriaCocktail Lounge in Camps Bay. The launch event, attended by long-time customers, partners, and special guest Darren 'Whackhead' Simpson, marked the beginning of a bold new initiative created to celebrate businesses that put fairness, honesty and customer care at the heart of everything that they do.

Rewarding Integrity. Recognising Excellence.
Why the No Bull Prize Matters
The No Bull Prize winning business will receive a growth acceleration package to the value of R100 000 and the nominator of that business will receive a R5000 voucher from Takealot which is one of Euphoria's long-standing customers. This prize will help the winner grow and continue serving their customers with integrity. While any non-franchise, independent business can be nominated, the prize is particularly aimed at SMEs (small to medium-sized enterprises), where recognition and resources can make a real difference.
Winners will also receive additional telephony support from Euphoria, tailored to their needs, to help them improve their communication systems and deliver even better service to their customers.
“The No Bull Prize is a natural extension of the brand values that have guided Euphoria for the past 15 years,” says Lauren Pybus, Marketing Manager and Creative Director at Euphoria Telecom.
“Our founding principle, as co-founder George Golding put it, is that the customer is our CEO. That thinking has shaped our entire business. With this initiative we want to celebrate and amplify other companies that share that same commitment to excellence, fairness and putting their customers first.”
At the birthday celebration, Darren 'Whackhead' Simpson not only provided entertainment – including prank calls using Euphoria’s quirky mascot Miles, a business phone on wheels – he also shared his perspective with Lauren on why the No Bull Prize matters. Then why not nominate them today for the No Bull Prize and help us highlight top-notch companies that live out their values everyday.
You can nominate any independent South African business that you believe is getting it right—from the reliable plumbing service that never lets you down, to the family-run restaurant that feels like home, the IT provider who always delivers, the gardening team that goes the extra mile, or the hairdresser who knows just how to brighten your day. Whatever the industry, if they consistently provide excellent service with a smile and stay true to their values, they deserve to be recognised.
Please keep in mind that the more you tell us about the business you are nominating the greater their chance of winning.
We look forward to hearing from you.
