Welcome to Pitch & Pedal’s first monthly interview. Probably the best part of my sporting life is that I feel really connected to it thanks to the people I get to meet and interact with. Connecting people is something Euphoria Telecom prides itself on too and our monthly interview features we will be bringing interesting and well known figures in the fields of golf and cycling. And we’re kicking off with a fascinating discussion with a team doctor on the Tour de France whose inside info on this epic and historic race is sure to have you on the edge of your saddle.
Dr Jarrad van Zuydam has been entrusted with this responsibility for both MTN Qhubeka and the Dimension Data pro cycling team. And in this interview he shares his experiences from the races, how the sport of cycling is evolving and also provides useful health insights for those looking to increase the intensity and volume of their own cycling training.

currently, but his team UAE Team Emirates is not using them at this stage.
