Garth Siebers, currently serving as the Operations Manager, has dedicated over a decade of his career to Euphoria Telecom. His journey began in 1999, following his graduation from Varsity College.
His initial professional stint involved IT Support at Namdeb, where he played a pivotal role in implementing an updated server environment. Eventually, Garth relocated to Cape Town, returning to the city where he had spent his high school years at Rondebosh Boys High and pursued his tertiary education.
Over the course of the next ten years, Garth’s career path veered towards a people-centric direction. He found himself drawn to working closely with individuals, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of diverse human interactions, and honing his skills in the service industry.
In 2013, Garth had a serendipitous encounter with a friend he had studied alongside. This friend happened to be one of the founders of Euphoria. Following a brief reunion and catch-up, the prospect of joining this new venture was presented to Garth.
Embracing the opportunity, Garth initially joined Euphoria as the Support Manager, later transitioning into roles as Support and Production Manager, ultimately ascending to the position of Operations Manager.
